As someone who has always exercised hard and watched what they ate, I was starting to feel disillusioned with the plateau I had reached in terms of both my fitness levels and physique. In an attempt to change this, I started training with Blake in April of this year. In this short period of time Blake has been instrumental in helping me achieve both my fitness and shaping goals. I have lost tree kilos in weight yet more importantly to me, I am seeing a change in my body shape. My fitness level has gone through the roof and I am constantly surprising myself with my new found strength and endurance. Blake is incredibly knowledgeable about health and fitness yet manages to make each session fun through his personable approach.
