I've been working with Blake and the team at Ministry of Wellbeing for over 18 months. When I started with Blake I weighed nearly 168 kilos, today I weigh 109 kg and have done so for over 6 months. Blake is not the first trainer I have tried but he's the only one who asked the tough questions of me that needed to be asked. He did not just focus on the problems I had in over eating and under training he helped me to identify the reasons behind why I was doing those things.
