Blake Worrall-Thompson - Founder and Owner
Blake founded 'Ministry of Wellbeing' in 2009 to create an innovative and holistic offering in the field of health and fitness. Blake has developed a comprehensive understanding of the health industry over the past decade and has a complete understanding of what it takes for a client to reach their full potential.
As one of the countries leading health professionals, Blake has owned and operated a number of personal training and bootcamp businesses, and has also been involved with the management team of the countries largest gym chain where he mentored 25 personal trainers.
Blake worked in london in an elite personal training studio alongside some of Hollywoods A-listers and trained a diverse range of executive backgrounds from the worlds leading bankers to celebrities including Ainsley Harriot and Natalie Bassingwaighte. During his time in London Blake developed a unique approach to holistic health, learning international best practises to bring home to his clients in Australia.
Blake recently co-authored 'Switched on: Health and Wellbeing Professionals, vol 2', a book targeted at the busy, stressed individual of the 21st century. The book teaches strategies around resilience and sustained performance which features some of the countries most inspiring health and wellbeing professionals.
Blake is the health expert for Lifestyle YOU online, and is a regular contributor for Body and Soul Online, Fitness First Magazine, Good Health, Health Smart, Women's Weekly online and has also appeared on Style Network's reality weight loss show Ruby. Blake is the celebrity trainer on Eat Yourself Sexy which is set to premiere on Foxtel's LifeStyle You, August 2011.
Laura - Rehab Specialist
Laura’s career in health and fitness began in Adelaide as a personal trainer dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals. Since then, Laura has actively pursued her interest in all facets of lifestyle management; from gaining an Honours degree in Health Sciences at Adelaide Uni, to qualifying as a Master Trainer and achieving Certificate III & IV at the Australia Institute of Fitness, to her skills in creating fresh, nutritious and tasty food.
Laura has an exceptional ability to have people looking and feeling amazing and credits this to her ability to understand the challenges faced by her clients. She is able to work with them to not only improve their personal fitness, but to tailor lifestyle solutions which, combined with her fitness training, makes for the most holistic and sustainable approach to keeping health and fitness a part of your lifestyle!
Luke Walsh
Luke Walsh is an excellent role model for people aspiring to adopt the discipline of a fitter & healthier lifestyle. With a smile and warm personal manner, Luke will guide you down the path through nutrition and exercise allowing you to achieve the goals set out. Luke gives 100% and expects the same from his clients. He is a qualified Master Trainer and Personal Trainer achieving Certificate III & IV at the Australia Institute of Fitness graduating at the top of his class.
Alex Hinchcliffe
Alex is a certified Master Trainer; qualifying 1st in his class and winning the award for all round excellence at the AIF (Australian Institute of Fitness). The Master Trainer course comprises Certificate III (Fitness Essentials, Gym Instructor & First Aid) and Certificate IV (Personal Trainer). The AIF is the country’s most renowned and well respected independent Registered Training Organization (RTO) in the fitness field. Alex also has a first class honors degree in Public Relations.
Anthony Cutrupi
Anthony began in the fitness industry six years ago, training Rugby League players in strength and conditioning and muscle gain, and also friends and family in weight loss and weight management. His passion for sports has seen him represent Australia in Rugby League (2008) and have the privilege of spending some of his boxing time being trained by Olympic boxing coach, Geoff Peterson.
